Attendance Requirements

1. All full-time students are required to register their attendance twice daily with the Electronic Finger-print Attendance System (EFAS). Students sign in when they report to campus and sign out when they leave.
2. During lesson, the lecturer will take physical attendance at the start of the lesson and after the break.
3. Each week, the EFAS will generate attendance reports of all the classes for management review.
4. The attendance database will be kept updated and the records of each student will only be removed after he or she has graduated.
5. The attendance requirements for students are 90% for full-time students.
6. Students who are unable to attend class should inform KGI in advance if possible.
7. All absences must be supported by valid medical certificates from approved medical practitioners.
